Nutmeg Swim Club—The Program
From the Nutmeg Swim Club website -- The Nutmeg Swim Club was founded in 1993 by Jack Stabach and has become a premier swim training program. Nutmeg has worked with many of the top swimmers in Southeastern Connecticut. However, it is not just the top swimmers that Nutmeg caters to. Our coaching philosophy is to build swimmers by encouraging self-esteem through a positive and fun swimming experience while emphasizing technique and condition to all of our athletes.
