Trawler Fest and PassageMaker University are coming to New England! The two
events, both hosted by PassageMaker Magazine, will be held at the Mystic
Seaport in Mystic, Connecticut, July 31-August 4, 2007. Trawler Fest and PMU
provide education and networking opportunities for the cruising-under-power
community through seminars, boat and land exhibits, and interactive and
social activities.
PMU (July 31 & August 1) offers a selection of in-depth boating courses
taught by the industry's leading professionals.
On Thursday, August 2, after the conclusion of PMU, boats will line the
docks of the Mystic Seaport and companies will set up exhibits on land for
the three-day-long Trawler Fest. This is the second year in which Trawler
Fest will be held at the Mystic Seaport in Mystic. Over time, Trawler Fest
has grown in size and popularity, developing into a much celebrated
cruising-under-power boat show and rendezvous. Larger than ever, the 2007
Mystic Trawler Fest will have 30 exhibitor boats for attendees to climb
aboard and 18 companies to check out on land. Trawler Fest is proud to
announce the 2007 Northeast regional sponsors: Perkins Sabre, Maine Cat,
Reverso, Offshore Magazine, The Sacks Group, and Grand Banks. Along with
national sponsors, these companies help Trawler Fest to grow and develop the
event's involvement with the local region.
