This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Connecticut Early Music Festival. It is being celebrated with an exciting series of concerts including Bach’s lighter side in a coffee house setting, Purcell’s exquisite trio sonatas, Haydn’s powerful Sturm und Drang symphonies, music on a rare mother-child muselaar and concluding with Handel’s exuberant Alexander’s Feast.
